Mothering the mother...
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, becoming a mother is exciting as well as exhausting. There
are many emotions that occur with the new roles in your household and having someone to talk to about your new life as well
as help you adjust to the changes you are experiencing can be a necessity. My role is to help you with your adjustment to
parenthood in a non judgemental way and to provide physical and emotional support during those early days and weeks. You may
need support with breastfeeding, meal preparation, help with other children in the home, or you may simply need some down
time to take a bath and a nap. Whatever the reason, my role as your Postpartum Doula is to support you and help you to feel
empowered in your new role.
A day of doula care can be a wonderful shower gift for the new mother as well.
A three hour minimum is required.
Fees: $25 per hour
