PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal Yoga is an ongoing class which meets every Monday from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Chrisitan Temple in Catonsville. PRIVATE LAMAZE PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASS

Private Lamaze Prepared Childbirth classes are offered in your home at your convenience. The fee is $60/hour. Some insurance companies will contribute to the fees for Childbirth Education with a certified instructor. Childbirth classes with a certified instructor qualify for reimbursement through pretax healthcare accounts. Check with your provider for details.
